What MintCPAs Is

MintCPAs is a directory and marketplace that helps individuals and businesses find and contact licensed CPAs. We are not a CPA firm, we do not provide tax advice, and we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of any CPA listed on the platform.

Any engagement you enter into with a CPA found through MintCPAs is solely between you and that CPA. MintCPAs is not a party to that relationship.

Using the Platform

You agree to use MintCPAs only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or inquiry
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or solicit CPAs for unrelated purposes
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute CPA listings or profile data without permission
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the platform

CPA Profiles and Listings

CPA profiles are sourced from public state board records. MintCPAs makes reasonable efforts to keep license information current but does not guarantee accuracy. License status should be independently verified through your state's board of accountancy before engaging a CPA.

CPAs may claim their profiles to add information, update details, and receive leads. By claiming a profile, you represent that you are the licensed professional named and that all information you provide is accurate.

No Professional Advice

Nothing on MintCPAs constitutes tax, legal, financial, or professional advice. The platform is a connection tool only. Any information displayed — including CPA specialties, bios, or fee ranges — is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a professional recommendation.

Inquiries and Communications

When you submit an inquiry through MintCPAs, your contact information and message are forwarded to the CPA you selected. MintCPAs may also follow up on your behalf to facilitate the introduction. Response times and availability vary by CPA and are not guaranteed.

You consent to receiving transactional emails related to your inquiry. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

The MintCPAs name, logo, and platform design are owned by MintCPAs. CPA profile data sourced from public records remains in the public domain. Content added by CPAs to their claimed profiles (bios, photos, specialty descriptions) remains owned by the CPA but is licensed to MintCPAs for display on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

MintCPAs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintCPAs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, your reliance on CPA profile information, or any engagement with a CPA you found through the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
